MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: BB&T Corporation (BBT) name and symbol change to Truist Financial Corporation (TFC)
BB&T Corporation (BBT) will merge and then change its name and symbol to Truist Financial Corporation (TFC) effective on Monday, December 9, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BBT will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 6, 2019.
NOTE: TFC options will trade on Cloud 17 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 8 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
