MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: ADT Inc. (ADT), Main Street Capital Corporation (MAIN), and Universal Insurance Holdings, Inc. (UVE)
ADT Inc. (ADT), Main Street Capital Corporation (MAIN), and Universal Insurance Holdings, Inc. (UVE) have all announced a Special Cash Dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Thursday, December 12, 2019. ADT, MAIN, and UVE options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ADT, MAIN, and UVE will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 11, 2019.
