MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: TransEnterix, Inc. (TRXC)

TransEnterix, Inc. (TRXC) has announced a 1-for-13 reverse stock split effective for Thursday, December 12, 2019.  On that date, the current TRXC option class will change to TRXC1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list TRXC1 options. Therefore, no options on TRXC will be available for trading on Thursday, December 12, 2019. 

TransEnterix, Inc. (TRXC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, December 13, 2019.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TRXC will be canceled at the close of business on Wednsday, December 11, 2019.
