MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLE) and Health Care Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLV)
Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLE) and Health Care Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLV) have announced a Special Cash Dividends. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Monday, December 30, 2019. XLE and XLV options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in XLE and XLV will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 27, 2019.
