MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: EnCana Corporation (ECA)

EnCana Corporation (ECA) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, January 27, 2020.  On that date, the current ECA option class will change to ECA1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ECA1 options. Therefore, no options on ECA will be available for trading on Monday, January 27, 2020. 

EnCana Corporation (ECA) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, January 28, 2020.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ECA will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, January 24, 2020.
