MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: IAC/InterActiveCorp (IAC) and Match Group, Inc. (MTCH)
IAC/InterActiveCorp (IAC) and Match Group, Inc. (MTCH) have completed a series of transactions that are effective for Wednesday, July 1, 2020. On that date, the IAC option class will change to IAC1 and MTCH option class will change to MTCH1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list IAC1 and MTCH1 options. Therefore, no options on IAC and MTCH will be available for trading on Wednesday, July 1, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in IAC and MTCH will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, June 30, 2020.
