MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Eldorado Resorts, Inc. (ERI) merger, name and symbol change to Caesars Entertainment, Inc. (CZR)
Eldorado Resorts, Inc. (ERI) as a result of its merger will change its name and symbol to the new Caesars Entertainment, Inc. (CZR) effective on Tuesday, July 21, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in symbol ERI and current symbol CZR will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, July 20, 2020.
NOTE: CZR options will trade on Cloud 3 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 2 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
