MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd. (TRQ)
Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd. (TRQ) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, October 26, 2020. On that date, the current TRQ option class will change to TRQ1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list TRQ1 options. Therefore, no options on TRQ will be available for trading on Monday, October 26, 2020.
Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd. (TRQ) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, October 27, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TRQ will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, October 23, 2020.
