Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX PEARL and MIAX Emerald for Newly Listed Symbol SNDL Effective Wednesday, December 2, 2020

Sundial Growers, Inc. (SNDL) will start trading on MIAX Options, MIAX PEARL and MIAX Emerald beginning Wednesday, December 2, 2020 and shall use the NASDAQ Stock Exchange as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
