MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Nabriva Therapeutics plc (NBRV)
Nabriva Therapeutics plc (NBRV) has announced a 1-for-10 reverse stock split effective for Thursday, December 3, 2020. On that date, the current NBRV option class will change to NBRV1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list NBRV1 options. Therefore, no options on NBRV will be available for trading on Thursday, December 3, 2020.
Nabriva Therapeutics plc (NBRV) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, December 4, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NBRV will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 2, 2020.
