Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl and MIAX Emerald for Newly Listed Symbol CCIV Effective Wednesday, January 20, 2021

Churchill Capital Corp IV (CCIV) will start trading on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl and MIAX Emerald beginning Wednesday, January 20, 2021 and shall use the New York Stock Exchange as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
