MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: ProShares UltraShort Financials (SKF)

ProShares UltraShort Financials (SKF) has announced 1-for-2 reverse stock split effective for Thursday, January 21, 2021. On that date, the current SKF option class will change to SKF1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SKF1 options. Therefore, no options on SKF will be available for trading on Thursday, January 21, 2021. 

ProShares UltraShort Financials (SKF) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, January 22, 2021.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SKF will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, January 20, 2021.
