MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: SL Green Realty Corporation (SLG)
SL Green Realty Corporation (SLG) has announced 1-for-1.02918 reverse stock split effective for Thursday, January 21, 2021. On that date, the current SLG option class will change to SLG2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SLG2 options. Therefore, no options on SLG will be available for trading on Thursday, January 21, 2021.
SL Green Realty Corporation (SLG) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, January 22, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SLG will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, January 20, 2021.
