Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl and MIAX Emerald for Symbol WWR Effective March 19, 2021

Westwater Resources, Inc. (“WWR”) will transfer primary listing from the Nasdaq Global Market to the NYSE American (“AMEX”) effective Friday, March 19, 2021. 

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl and MIAX Emerald will use AMEX as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
