MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: AG Mortgage Investment Trust, Inc. (MITT)
AG Mortgage Investment Trust, Inc. (MITT) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Friday, July 23, 2021. On that date, the current MITT option class will change to MITT1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list MITT1 options. Therefore, no options on MITT will be available for trading on Friday, July 23, 2021.
AG Mortgage Investment Trust, Inc. (MITT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, July 26, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MITT will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, July 22, 2021.
