MIAX Corporate Action Reminder: Corrections Corporation of America (CXW)
Corrections Corporation of America (CXW) has announced a special dividend of approximately $6.63 per CXW common share. The ex-distribution date for this distribution was April 17, 2013. On that date, the previous CXW options class changed to CXW1. The MIAX Options Exchange did not list CXW1 options. The new CXW options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange today, Thursday April 18, 2013.
