MIAX Corporate Action Alert: National Grid plc (NGG)
National Grid plc (NGG) has announced a special distribution. The distribution will become effective on Monday, May 22, 2017. On that date the current NGG option class will change to NGG1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list NGG1 options. Therefore, no options on NGG will be available for trading on Monday, May 22, 2017. NGG will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, May 23, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in NGG will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 19, 2017.
