MIAX Options Corporate Action Alert: Cobalt International Energy, Inc. (CIE)
Cobalt International Energy, Inc. (CIE) has announced a reverse stock split that will become effective on Monday, June 19, 2017. On that date the current CIE option class will change to CIE1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list CIE1 options. Therefore, no options on CIE will be available for trading on Monday, June 19, 2017. CIE will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, June 20, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CIE will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 16, 2017.
