MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (MACK)
Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (MACK) has announced a 1 for 10 reverse split that will become effective on Wednesday, September 6, 2017. On that date the current MACK option class will change to MACK2. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list MACK2 options. Therefore, no options in MACK will be available for trading on Wednesday, September 6, 2017. MACK will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Options Exchanges on Thursday, September 7, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MACK will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, September 5, 2017.
