MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Swift Transportation Company, Inc. (SWFT) splits and changes its name and trading symbol to Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc. (KNX)
Swift Transportation Company, Inc. (SWFT) has announced a reverse split and will change its name and trading symbol to Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc. (KNX) effective for Monday, September 11, 2017.
NOTE: KNX options will trade on Cloud 10 on MIAX Options and Cloud 5 on MIAX PEARL.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SWFT will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 8, 2017.
