MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Ford Motor Company (F)
Ford Motor Company (F) has announced a cash distribution. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Monday, January 29, 2017. Ford Motor Company (F) options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in F will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, January 26, 2017.
