MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: IDT Corporation (IDT)
IDT Corporation (IDT) has announced a distribution effective for Tuesday, March 27, 2018. On that date, the current IDT option class will change to IDT1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list IDT1 options. Therefore, no options on IDT will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, March 27, 2018. IDT Corporation (IDT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, March 28, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in IDT will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, March 26, 2018.
