MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Brown-Forman Corporation (BFB)

Brown-Forman Corporation (BFB) has announced a Special Cash Dividend.  Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Thursday, March 29, 2018. BFB options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BFB will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, March 28, 2018.
