MIAX PEARL- Adoption of Chapter XVIII, Index Options, and Amendment of Rule 504, Trading Halts, Relating to Cash-Settled Index Options
MIAX PEARL has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission to adopt rules relating to the listing and trading of cash-settled index options as well as to amend MIAX PEARL Rule 504, Trading Halts, to add provisions pertaining to cash-settled index options.
The new MIAX PEARL Chapter XVIII of rules allows the Exchange to introduce and trade both existing and new index products on MIAX PEARL. The amendment to MIAX PEARL Rule 504, Trading Halts, governs the halting of trading in cash-settled index option products.
