MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Lennar Corporation (LEN)
Lennar Corporation (LEN) has announced a distribution that is effective on Thursday, November 9, 2017. On that date, the current LEN option class will change to LEN1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list LEN1 options. Therefore, no options on LEN will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, November 9, 2017. Lennar Corporation (LEN) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, November 10, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LEN will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, November 8, 2017.
