MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Graco Inc. (GGG)
Graco Inc. (GGG) has announced a 3 for 1 stock split. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Thursday, December 28, 2017. GGG options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in GGG will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 27, 2017.
