MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Pentair plc (PNR)
Pentair plc (PNR) has announced a distribution effective for Tuesday, May 1, 2018. On that date, the current PNR option class will change to PNR1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list PNR1 options. Therefore, no options on PNR will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. Pentair plc (PNR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, May 2, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in PNR will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, April 30, 2018.
