MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting Alert: PetroQuest Energy Inc. (PQ)

PetroQuest Energy Inc. (PQ) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Monday, May 7, 2018.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in PQ will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 4, 2018.

Details about the PetroQuest Energy Inc. (PQ) move to the OTC market are provided in the attached OCC memo.
