MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (WYN) distribution and name and trading symbol change to Wyndham Destinations, Inc. (WYND)
Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (WYN) has announced a distribution and will change its name and trading symbol to Wyndham Destinations, Inc. (WYND) effective for Friday, June 1, 2018. On that date, the current WYN option class will change to WYND1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list WYND1 options. Therefore, no options on WYN will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, June 1, 2018. Wyndham Destinations, Inc. (WYND) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, June 4, 2018.
NOTE: WYND options will continue to trade on Cloud 19 on MIAX Options and on Cloud 10 on MIAX PEARL.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in WYN will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, May 31, 2018.
