MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: VASCO Data Security International, Inc. (VDSI) will change its name and trading symbol to OneSpan Inc. (OSPN)
VASCO Data Security International, Inc. (VDSI) will change its name and trading symbol to OneSpan Inc. (OSPN), effective for Monday, June 4, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in VDSI will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 1, 2018.
NOTE: OSPN options will trade on Cloud 14 on MIAX Options and on Cloud 7 on MIAX PEARL.
