MIAX PEARL - Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings for Newly Listed Option Class BJ Effective Friday, July 13, 2018

MIAX PEARL Regulatory Circular 2018-24 identifies the newly listed option class BJ’s Wholesale Club Holdings, Inc. (BJ) that will start trading on MIAX PEARL beginning Friday, July 13, 2018, and, as set forth in MIAX PEARL Rule 503(a)(3), MIAX PEARL shall use NYSE as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange.
