MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Sigma Designs, Inc. (SIGM)
Sigma Designs, Inc. (SIGM) has announced an initial liquidating distribution effective for Wednesday, August 15, 2018. On that date, the current SIGM option class will change to SIGM1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list SIGM1 options. Therefore, no options on SIGM will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, August 15, 2018. Sigma Designs, Inc. (SIGM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, August 16, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SIGM will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, August 14, 2018.
