MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Itau Unibanco Holding S.A. (ITUB)
Itau Unibanco Holding S.A. (ITUB) has announced a stock split effective for Wednesday, November 28, 2018. On that date, the current ITUB option class will change to ITUB1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list ITUB1 options. Therefore, no options on ITUB will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, November 28, 2018. Itau Unibanco Holding S.A. (ITUB) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, November 29, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ITUB will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, November 27, 2018.
