MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (SRC)
Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (SRC) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, December 13, 2018. On that date, the current SRC option class will change to SRC2. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list SRC2 options. Therefore, no options on SRC will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, December 13, 2018. Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (SRC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, December 14, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SRC will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 12, 2018.
