MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: NETGEAR, Inc. (NTGR)
NETGEAR, Inc. (NTGR) has announced a distribution effective for Wednesday, January 2, 2019. On that date, the current NTGR option class will change to NTGR1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list NTGR1 options. Therefore, no options on NTGR will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, January 2, 2019. NETGEAR, Inc. (NTGR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, January 3, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NTGR will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 31, 2018.
