MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC (OZM)
Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC (OZM) has announced a reverse split effective for Friday, January 4, 2019. On that date, the current OZM option class will change to OZM1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list OZM1 options. Therefore, no options on OZM will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, January 4, 2019. Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC (OZM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, January 7, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in OZM will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, January 3, 2019.
