MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting of TESARO, Inc. (TSRO)

TESARO, Inc. (TSRO) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Wednesday, January 23, 2019.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TSRO will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, January 22, 2019.

Details about the TESARO, Inc. (TSRO) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
