Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings for Newly Listed Option Classes Effective Wednesday, February 13, 2019
MIAX Options Regulatory Circular 2019-06 and MIAX PEARL Regulatory Circular 2019-06 identify newly listed option classes that will start trading on MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL beginning Wednesday, February 13, 2019, and, as set forth in MIAX Options Rule 503(d) and MIAX PEARL Rule 503(a)(3), the Exchanges shall use the exchange identified in the Regulatory Circulars as the market for the underlying security for purposes of Openings on the Exchanges.
