MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: M.D.C. Holdings Inc. (MDC)
M.D.C. Holdings Inc. (MDC) has announced a dividend effective for Wednesday, February 13, 2019. On that date, the current MDC option class will change to MDC1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list MDC1 options. Therefore, no options on MDC will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, February 13, 2019. M.D.C. Holdings Inc. (MDC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, February 14, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MDC will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, February 12, 2019.
