MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Eclipse Resources Corporation (ECR) will split and change its name and trading symbol to (New) Montage Resources Corporation (MR)
Eclipse Resources Corporation (ECR) will have a split and change its name and trading symbol to (New) Montage Resources Corporation (MR) on the MIAX and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, March 1, 2019.
Current ECR options will be converted to MR1 options also effective on Friday, March 1, 2019. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not be trading MR1 options or MR options on Friday, March 1, 2019.
All current GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ECR will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, February 28, 2019.
