All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FOX and FOXA will be canceled.
Details of the recent merger of Twenty-First Century Fox, Inc. Class A Common Stock (FOXA) & Class B Common Stock (FOX) with The Walt Disney Company (DIS) are included on the attached OCC notices.
