MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting of Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc. (HOV)

Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc. (HOV) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Friday, March 29, 2019.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in HOV will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, March 28, 2019.

Details about the Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc. (HOV) corporate action are provided in the attached OCC memo.
