MIAX Options, MIAX PEARL and MIAX Emerald Corporate Action Alert: Bridgepoint Education, Inc. (BPI) name and symbol change to Zovio Inc. (ZVO)
Bridgepoint Education, Inc. (BPI) will change its name and symbol to Zovio Inc. (ZVO) effective for Monday, April 15, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BPI will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, April 12, 2019.
NOTE: ZVO options will trade on Cloud 21 on MIAX Options and on Cloud 11 on MIAX PEARL and MIAX Emerald.
