MIAX Options, PEARL and Emerald Corporate Action Alert: Micro Focus International plc (MFGP)
Micro Focus International plc (MFGP) has announced a Share Consolidation effective for Tuesday, April 30, 2019. On that date, the current MFGP option class will change to MFGP1. The MIAX Exchanges will not list MFGP1 options. Therefore, no options on MFGP will be available for trading on Tuesday, April 30, 2019. Micro Focus International plc (MFGP) will resume trading on the MIAX Exchanges on Wednesday, May 1, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MFGP will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, April 29, 2019.
