MIAX Options, PEARL and Emerald Corporate Action Alert: Genocea Biosciences, Inc. (GNCA)

Genocea Biosciences, Inc. (GNCA) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Wednesday, May 22, 2019.  On that date, the current GNCA option class will change to GNCA1. The MIAX Exchanges will not list GNCA1 options. Therefore, no options on GNCA will be available for trading on Wednesday, May 22, 2019. Genocea Biosciences, Inc. (GNCA) will resume trading on the MIAX Exchanges on Thursday, May 23, 2019.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in GNCA will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, May 21, 2019..
