MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: KAR Auction Services, Inc. (KAR)
KAR Auction Services, Inc. (KAR) has announced a distribution effective for Friday, June 28, 2019. On that date, the current KAR option class will change to KAR1. MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list KAR1 options. Therefore, no options on KAR will be available for trading on Friday, June 28, 2019.
KAR Auction Services, Inc. (KAR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, July 1, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in KAR will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, June 27, 2019.
