MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Nuance Communications, Inc. (NUAN)
Nuance Communications, Inc. (NUAN) has announced a distribution effective for Wednesday, October 2, 2019. On that date, the current NUAN option class will change to NUAN1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list NUAN1 options. Therefore, no options on NUAN will be available for trading on Wednesday, October 2, 2019.
Nuance Communications, Inc. (NUAN) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, October 3, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NUAN will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, October 2, 2019.
