MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Cresud S.A.C.I.F. y A. (CRESY)
Cresud S.A.C.I.F. y A. (CRESY) has announced a Stock Dividend effective for Tuesday, November 12, 2019. On that date, the current CRESY option class will change to CRES1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list CRES1 options. Therefore, no options on CRESY will be available for trading on Tuesday, November 12, 2019.
Cresud S.A.C.I.F. y A. (CRESY) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, November 13, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CRESY will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, November 11, 2019.
