MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Scorpio Bulkers Inc. (SALT)
Scorpio Bulkers Inc. (SALT) has announced a distribution effective for Thursday, November 14, 2019. On that date, the current SALT option class will change to SALT1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SALT1 options. Therefore, no options on SALT will be available for trading on Thursday, November 14, 2019.
Scorpio Bulkers Inc. (SALT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, November 15, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SALT will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, November 13, 2019.
