MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (BAM)
Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (BAM) has announced a 3 for 2 stock split effective for Thursday, April 2, 2020. On that date, the current BAM option class will change to BAM2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list BAM2 options. Therefore, no options on BAM will be available for trading on Thursday, April 2, 2020.
Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (BAM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, April 3, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BAM will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, April 1, 2020.
